They both built up good relationships with the leaders and always look forward to returning each time these sessions are provided!”

“What an incredibly amazing SEN morning! Both myself and my son had such a lovely time. I wasn't really sure what to expect except a bounce around and some games, but the morning exceeded this. All the Elves (staff) were patient and friendly, the activities, gifts and prizes were so great. Meeting other SEN parents was good for me too. Lots of lovely memories made. Thank you!”

Thank you for your time yesterday, I really did enjoy my visit yesterday. It was great to hear directly from you Akile some of the challenges as a provider but also wonderful to see how you have adapted your business and supported to the LA to offer children with SEND a safe and warm place to be over the summer as part of the HAF programme.
Your passion was evident, and you have been able share that enthusiasm and passion with your staff. I loved seeing the very nurturing environment that you created for children who are often challenged by new places, people and situations. Your staff evidenced their professionalism throughout my time there and I could see that they really knew the children’s individual needs well and therefore were able to respond to them at a very personal level. Well done and thank you and your staff again for allowing me to visit.”
