Get With The Kids Vibe, Hertfordshire, Essex County Council and the London Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey are working together to deliver fully funded programmes to the community over the school holidays. This is known as the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme.

Get With The Kids Vibe are delivering safe and inclusive School Holiday Clubs from three locations this holiday which include Highlands Village Community Hall and two Trampoline Parks located in Enfield and Chelmsford, Essex.

We are extending fully funded child spaces and the programme is fully funded by the DfE for children and young people who are in full-time education and receive benefits related free school meals.

The funding includes us providing your child with daily nutritious snacks, a hot meal or take-home food parcel and unlimited water.

As the programme is focused on delivering this service for over 50,000 children living in Hertfordshire, Enfield and Essex, spaces are limited.

Terms

The HAF Programme is only for children eligible for benefit related Free School Meals.

Most Children in Reception through to Year 2 will receive "Universal" Free School Meals.

This does not mean you qualify for this funding!

If you are on benefits and your child is within these year groups, it is essential you inform your school that you are on benefits. Only by doing this, will you qualify to receive this funding for your child. Simply make a call to your school and follow their instructions.

Your child’s space is only funded for the advertised number of hours each day. However, you can extend the number of days/hours your child attends outside of the above limitations, at your own cost.

To book additional hours, please 'Add Booking' and select Creative Confidence Camp or contact us 0n 0845 539 0079 so we can assist you. Please do not duplicate any of the sessions you have booked for the HAF Programme.

You do however have the choice of the following at your own expense:

• Signing up to an early drop off (8am) or a late pick up (6pm)
• Booking for additional days
• Booking days in addition to the 16 days you are entitled to

Note: Evidence that you are eligible for this programme will be required. The funding is only available for children aged between 5-16 years, who are receiving benefits related free school meals.
